How to remove arrow icon on Top of Samsung mobile! Help

Guy, if there are 2 arrows show up on top of Samsung mobile and doesn't disappear even off on phone.

Anyway to remove the icon?

its for VoLTE. it cannot disappear unless you specifically instruct your telco to disable the service for you..

yes its the picture show above. thanks and sorry for didnt upload cos i am using phone to ask and there seen no way i can upload a picture on my handphone.

thats the volte logo. you cannot reinstate it by resetting phone.

as i said, the logo will appear or disappear according to the settings done at telco level, not your phone..
