What is your ceiling height?

I already raised concerns on having ID electrians to install ceiling fans..anyway I have contacts from parisilk to install Kdk ceiling fan costing $80 per fan..do let me know if u need
Appreciate the PM :) Standard current 93sqm 4-room BTO ... I think they're all built the same these days, so ceiling height should also be the same.

Anyone got review on panasonic F-M15GW LED lights? Is it good enough for usage in living room at night? :s12::s12:
I have it in my living room. It's decent enough light coverage for the living room, but I wouldn't depend on it as the sole lighting if you intend to do some reading. It's in the middle of my ceiling surrounded by L-boxes fitted with downlights.

I see, my old ceiling fan(crestar) has 2 x 20W in the living room and I was wondering if it's a good choice to change to the panasonic F-M15GW . . :s12:

Mine is a 5 room flat so the wind distributed not as strong compared to a smaller living room. But still a decent buy imo. Light is ok for watching tv but not enuff for newspaper.

Mine did not wobble, getting an experience technician really matters.

After much scouting and consideration due to the low height ceiling of my Resale HDB with only 2.4M, I can only install the Fanco FFM4000 with only 170mm from the stem to the base of the fan.

Actually, it's the opposite ... the smaller the room the less effective the fan.

The thing about the wobble is, that it's noticeable because of the light - If it was a non-light model it would have been less obvious, but with the light on you can see it moving around.

Do you think the Panasonic fan is too big for a room?

Got pictures ? Haha. I bought haven't install. Starting to get worried.

Do you think it's a tight fit?

Yes, I think 60" a bit overkill for bedroom, it will be good for the living room while 48" is good for bedroom though.

I really wanted the smaller version of the fan by Kdk with led. But jb don't have, so no choice I bought the 60 inch version

Current-generation BTO bedrooms, I really can't imagine 60" in them. Master bedroom maybe, but only if you don't have L-boxes.

As for non-master bedrooms ... hell, don't say 60" ... if you get wardrobe with swing-out doors you can't even use 48" unless you shift the mounting position off-centre of the bedroom's ceiling - if you don't shift and you forget your fan is switched on and then you open the upper doors of your wardrobe ...

Agree, the bedroom for current new HDB are so small compared to the older resale flat.

Probably 60" is good for the living room.

Finally installed mine, it wasn't as low or as big as I thought it was going to be which is great. Was afraid it was going to block my projector's view.
