my room got this europace window aircon unit

downstairs neighbour complained every night my aircon unit leaking water on to their window ledge.

The noise is also getting quite unbearable.. shaking the window grill.

any reputable servicing company to recommend that will service casement aircon ?

My new daikin aircon when switch on in master bed room unit , cold air and mist is coming out from my common room unit.
Same when i on my common room unit, cold air and mist is coming out from my master room unit that is off.

Anyone know what is wrong ?

inverter or non-inverter unit?
probably outdoor pcb or motorized valve malfunction...

Maybe your installer mis-installed the piping or wiring, its cross with one another.

Sounds like the piping might have issue. I had before something similar. but mine wasnt just cold air. it started to drip water after some time in the connecting room. What happened was the piping was too small for the air con usage and somehow it started to clog so water kept flowing down.

Its better to get it inspected soon. I ended up having to buy new aircon to change the entire piping.

guys..

my house, 1 master bedroom, 2 common bedroom and a living room, running a system 4, mitsubishi heavy industry, with compressor outside service yard.

Pls recommend a good air con service coy tat can do the below,

1) clean 4 indoor fan coils,
2) chk pressure of refrigerant, and pump if need
3) clean outdoor compressor

pls provide contact and quote if u got haha..

Ah yi appointment quite long
Thus I engage newsway system as recommend by yahoo top 5 best Aircon in Singapore for my chemical wash.

Apparently everything goes smooth and nice
My 2 aircons now go back super cool

As for how long will it lasts, I will update here again

I had engaged Newway to install a new Mitsubishi System 3 about a year ago.

It was a SUPERB experience for me and everything has been working very well.

I haven't serviced them since and was thinking of calling them to set up maintenance for a proper clean.

It is really good to know that someone here tried their maintenance service and gave a positive feedback too.

Kudos to Newway for giving customers like us a real reason to feel more assured with reliable and trustworthy services! (Y)

Just to update .. the aircon guy came and checked.. they terminated the control cable wrongly.

I suspect its not "communicating' with the compressor outside. I can hear it working,
when the other 2 unit is turn on and its cold too.

Can it be repair? Unit is more than 10 years old.
Brand : Toshiba

There could be a problem with the compressor. I think the contacts that are recommended in this chat should be quite decent. I have a contact whom is a friend, you could call and check it out if you would like to. His name is Mr Ng at 83660998.

Water leaking from trunking and from aircon

Hi,

About a month ago water droplets had started forming from one section of the aircon trunking. Can feel that the trunking was cold. Now it has worsened and started dripping non stop from the trunking and from the aircon fancoil that was situated above it even though it was not turned on.

At that time, 2 other fancoils were turned on at the other rooms and the trunking from these 2 rooms are both routed to this leaking section of the trunking before going onwards to the compressor.

I do servicing regularly and the last was just done in July.

Can any knowledgeable guys in this forum advise what could be the problem?
