At the prices Xiaomi is selling it in China, I would buy this in a heartbeat! I need a phone to replace the Note 7 and Man oh Man, this would be one if I can lay my hands on it! Always been a fan of minimal bezels on any device!

Regarding the accidental touches, the phone is so big that it has to be used with two hands anyway.. And when you are holding a phone with two hands, it becomes quite unlikely that your palms are touching the edges of the screen. In one-handed use, it is a problem of course.

Bezel-less biggest problem is how to identify "accidental" and confirmed touches. Curve you still can isolate an entire area specifically for this, but to do this for almost the entire edge of a bezel-less phone. I read about this before which is why no company other than Sharp want to do it.

think apple can solve this. Last time touch screen just touch and press, no pinch and zoom, lift to wake features etc. They should be able to come out with an algorithm to tackle this after all these while.

Xiaomi added in this 'Edge rejection' feature in their software which prevents accidental touches.

looks good, but the big question always is where to get it in Singapore or when it will actually be in Singapore?

Sooner or later it will be common.last time touch screen phones all basic functions. If 10years ago someone ask for multitouch screen people will say crazy this technology hard to achieve. But now to the standard norm.
