But Cache making losses right? Cannot compare.

they are not making losses. Losses will mean that they cannot even pay the dividends.

what you may be alluding to is that the occupancy have gone down. And they do because many single tenant sale and leaseback have been converted to multitenanted.

when that happens you change from a lower rental income 100% occupancy to a higher rental income but lower occupancy structure.

there is pros and cons.

there are some tides that even good management will find it challenging to turn.

aims amp and cambridge have many similar nature assets.

it will be good for those who have businesses or have friends owning sme businesses to talk about the real climate affecting these warehouses and light industrials.

Buy now collect 11yrs to get freehold

this freehold thing is a bad investment mindset which i see from time to time in this forum. whatever you have is yours, it does not matter how it was generated. jus bcos it was generated through returns does not mean it has lesser value than the original capital. i.e. $1 of profit will buy you the same thing as $1 of original capital.

In other words, you sld not let your assets that achieved 'freehold' status to rot. They sld still be managed prudently bcos they are part of your overall assets.
