Inherent business model weakness will push the price lower and lower if negative profit growth.

Which counter are you referring to?
I'm also buying a small position in a small counter.

For stable dividend stock, if show negative earning growth rate or earning growth rate not up to expectation, stock price hard to recover.

What are the catalyst for growth? And what other better stocks that are available?

For example, china mobile is trading at near 52 week low now, what are the reasons? Are you able to see something what BBs cannot see? Or are you anticipating future earnings to improve, so you buy? :)

You mean telcos?
I'm just looking, didn't put in any order.

My opinions are in line with this

Telcos are stressed with tight competition everywhere and thinner margins.
I'm also vested in T in the US though that one is growing well for now.

Telcos and reits. I anticipating a nationwide slow down next year due to emerging e commerce and lack of tenant to take up expired lease. Singapore growth model is only sustainable if there is a continuous growth of population(organic growth).
Of course, you can try bottom fishing at current price, who knows next year there may be some catalysts that can move the market higher. :)

It's good for Singapore if the property market collapsed and many people go bankrupt.

We need a refocus from property speculation to technological growth.
