That is historical. Need to look at more recent performance.
Now should be around 0.9 % to 1 % ??

Huh, isn't that worst than putting in fastsaver or other high yielding bank account?

It's good for Singapore if the property market collapsed and many people go bankrupt.

We need a refocus from property speculation to technological growth.

Wat do you think our garmen has been doing for the past year?
And I LOL-ed when ppl still think there's much room for property speculations with all the cooling measures in place. Gone were the days when you hear ppl holding to contra 2-5 properties at one shot.

And the way our garmen is woo-ing talents back to sg, smart nation initiatives etc, these are long term strategic moves.

Property is hard to crash. So many cooling measures, take any of it off and it can slow the crash. At most it will slowly go down in prices.

Yup yup tdsr and absd enough to stop most ppl.
And ppl seemed to forget that land space in sg is really scarce, crash due to oversupply I hear for these past 2 years but the only thing I see is pent up demand over properties.

Our garmen learned it the hard way so now kiasu and kiasi put so many cooling measures in place. No more easy firesale or en-bloc fever nowadays.
