pretty good experience with this company . forgot to attach the authorization form from the wd website when i posted on 3 dec. the rma drive was sent back to me on 13 dec. i was so worried that they wouldn't accept my drive when i called on monday 11 dec but it turns out the airpack sms sent to my phone on 10 dec which said uclickbuy on the website when it asked me to arrange delivery was for that rma wd red 4tb drive.

i thought the uclickbuy was for my kindle paperwhite because some threads in hwz mentioned its for amazon us stuff.

after reading a couple of pages and for the benefit of those who are in the same plight as me.

Called WD up and was told to create the RMA on their web and simply bring the HDD to their address and let them know the RMA number thats all.

Please do let us know if you are successfully getting this done by bring down yourself to the address. When I went there, the glass door shows Tuition Centre and seems like have been vacant for some time. Cheers!

Think I have mentioned before. I managed to get the RMA done when I went there.

1. Apply for RMA number at the WD support portal
2. Bring the Harddisk and RMA slip down to the place
3. Pass it to the staff there and they will issue you another HDD on the spot

The place does not look like an RMA centre from outside (no proper signboard etc). Just enter the place and the staff will entertain you.

For my case, actually one of the staff saw me and called me over, after he saw me walked by his place, while holding a HDD.

I was there at 10:30am, but the office was not open, I thought the office is no longer in service. Will try again next week.

I need to RMA my WD Cavier Red 4tb 3.5" 64mb Sata 3. I purchased this on 25th Feb 2014. How long is the warranty for this?

Just RMA my WD RED 3TB X 2 from Primasiana in Toa Payoh. Just call and make sure they have the model you wanna rma. Submit a request in WD Support Portal and get an rma number. Bring it down and they exchange for you on the spot.

Don't worry about the packaging. I just wrap in a neoprene sleeve and bring to them. Hassle free. Hope this helps.
