Is it if I register with uber before May then have a year grace period until next year to get PHVL?

Then will be given max 1 yr to complete the course
During the 1 yr can drive without pdvl

Typically wake up 7.30am. Work also have OT la, being in the technology sector. But if i look at just covering car cost, even at 10/hr, i need just 15 hours a week, not sure if i am correct since i might not have the full picture or being too naive

In that case, take a heavy tea break, go online once knock off, drive until 9ish go back, eat something light and sleep.
Next day, start at 5, drive until 44 mins before start work, then set a destination trip to office.
