Fairly disappointing..

They didn't even dare to showcase the processor..

Using the older soc?

Not 626 or 630?

I suppose the old soc supported all the "new" features of mi max 2
No NFC also..

It felt like they just taking leftover parts they have and put together a "new" model.

Got NFC. Bigger battery life, minimum 4GB, snapdragon 625. Look upgrade for me as compare to my mi max.

like a downgrade from MI Max.. only camera improve maybe:s13:

Processor might be slower but more power efficient. Therefore together with upgraded 5300mah battery, the battery life of max2 gonna be insane. Camera, stereo speakers, quick charge and unibody design are upgrade over max. But I do agree they use leftover parts for this phone.

Having a weaker processor for battery life is good, but in the long run, apps that make use of more powerful processor you will experience slowdowns.

Especially considering they didn't use a newer "low end" mid range processor.

The stereo speakers are good to have though.

So, IMX386 is good enough for low light? No more super noisy likes in current Mi Max?
