Nope, the Redmi 4X is still using micro USB. Only the Redmi Pro of the Redmi lineup is using USB Type-C.

This 4x phone is sold at suntec and challenger at same price of redmi3s (older model).

Supposedly better processor than 3s. Buttttt....
Everything about the phone is machiam turtle when I tested it at the stores.
Just take a picture, go to gallery and try to delete. So slow that you can imagine only sloths finding it user friendly.

I can't find the Gmail app in the "autostart" setting. Even when I enable sync gmail by push, I need to keep manually refresh the gmail app. Anyone can help?

As per what your requirements are, 4x can handle them fairly sufficient. If you are looking to game, then this is not the right phone for you. Good enough phone for surfing, whatsapp, YouTube and light gaming. Good battery life as well.
