not the standard way of streaming

Not toggle programmer lihai, is the microsoft smooth streaming v2 or higher that is. I have tried several 3rd party apps also can't do it yet.

Without the manifest can still manually download the parts and combine. Best is to make a script to calculate, download then remux. The thing is, the content over there not worth my time to start project.

In time i believe some software will support downloading from SS V2.
