Prior to the gym revamp days where pokemon were ranked by cp, I would have asked u to wait for 100% iv Larvitar. But nowadays it doesn't really matter. 95.6% is good enough. Tyranitar is a good generalist attacker.

I went like 8 consecutive Lugia raids without catching one

But suddenly last 3 Lugia raids since yesterday all caugh

Just caught 2 Lugia on 3rd and 1st ball using alternate Nanab and Golden Berries, transfer away the tier 2 one and kept the Tier 1.

The amount of players is high, 17 and 20 players and easily beat it down.

I think the original CP is the real CP.

After so many hours I just check still 1883. She only had 3 so will not make mistake

I just use the same method as how I catch Zapdos.

I tried before during the early days using all Golden Berries also cannot catched. I believe it's just a matter of luck. As long as you hit it, it's fine, the rest is all by luck liao, doesn't matter excellent, great or nice throw. They are the same.

But one thing does matter is the amount of balls given to you. More balls had a higher chance of catching it.

I believe you have to throw consecutive like 4 to 5 great throws. Cannot have air balls or knock out by the raid boss in between...

Tomorrow 1 raid pass either go for higher Zapdos IV or go Lugia liao.

Lugia I caught one with 1 nice throw the 6 great throws all consecutively. I recall had 11 - 12 balls so quite confident when I throw ... Also I tried to choose same colour gym .. not sure will help too
