Actually legos mean building the unit at some other places and bringing the half completed stack to be affixed at the final location, like building blocks. Not necessary will jenga. My mum place, the lift section oso was built lego... lol. Think now is the trend

You got see those buildings build by legos vs those brick by brick build ones like Australia or Japan? Earthquake or typhoon stood there firmly because of good foundation.

What I meant was fast doesn't always mean good.

Nowadays climate change so badly due to human torturing nature. Even Singapore being a good strategic location to natural diaaster , I also doubt will remain that way. Example getting wetter and hotter nowadays. Is extreme weather compare to last time..

House insurance don't cover natural disasters.

agreed, but for beijing, usually cannot suga suag cos govt there, for the rest of the cities, cant comment. Lol

Still has over 100 units to choose from for two rooms. Good units may not be just limit to corner units. Some corner units has dark corridors, not so good. Choose those that has bright corridors will be better : )
There are still good unts around, look at the floor layout and find yours : )

that is the outskirts area where usually we wont go there, is at lease 4-5 hrs drive out. What i mean is the city central where we are within the 6th ring area .

if u want to choose the bigger two room with brighter corridor, can choose 473B, unit 207.

If u want smaller two room with bright corridor, i suggest 472B, unit 269.

Hi ONSspring, thanks for the advice. i guess bright is good, got better fengshui and sunlight.
i was considering either the remaining 473B's 47sqm or just go for a higher floor of the 38sqm. i don't like the idea of the toilet having two doors for the 47sqm but 38sqm, the store room seems to block the entrance way alot. quite conflicted.

I went to Google, it seems someone asked about the two door issue and they were told by the contractor to seal it up. Which costs more money so they ended up saving money by adding a glass partition in the toilet to separate the wet zone and dry zone (sink)
