projected time to reach hkia is 11.20am, my accommodation in macau is Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel
understand that cotaiwaterjet is more convenient, possible to catch the 12.15pm ferry?
cotai state need min 60 mins with luggage whereas turbo say more than 30 mins

if not should i take 1.15pm turbo or wait for 2.15pm cotai?
thanks again

No point planning now. Get to the Skypier counter first, and the staff there will be able to assess and advise on the ticket to buy.

can check if the customs queue when entering macau through the ferry is very long? I'm planning a day trip, arrive early morning, depart at night, so i want to avoid delays if possible.

I took the 4.15pm ferry from sky pier to Macau...queue wasn't long.

Last ferry from Macau to hk is at 1am by Cotai. You can carry all your baggage onto the ferry yourself.....no need to pay extra and check them in.

All the shops there accept HKD, just that they might give you your change in MOP.

They list their prices in MOP. The rate for hkd to MOP is 1:1 for most shops. Certain shops will provide 30hkd off for every 1000mop of you pay in hkd.

Hi,
May I know the prepaid SIM card that I buy from Hong Kong can use in Macau?
Is it local rate or roaming rate?

Need advice..
Family trip (2 seniors 60+ y/o). Hand baggage only. Flight eta at hkia T2 around 13:40 via jetstar. Ferry arrival at macau (outer).

Skypier turbojet departure 13:15 (can't make it), the next one will be 17:00?! Is it me or the schedule 😓

But anyway, if we were to wait for the 17:00 ferry, is there any food stall available?
Or
If we do not want to wait for 3hrs to the next ferry departure via skypier, which is the next best ferry terminal to catch turbojet? And how to go there from hkia?

Thanks in advance!!

I have a few questions to ask as I am going to macau for the first time.

1) Which casino are better in macau recommended for singaporean? (maybe in terms of language literacy, or environment and etc)

2) Can I decide to go which ferry terminal I want to go in macau upon arrival at the skypier counter?

3) Is it recommended to buy return ferry ticket to HK upon arrival at macau? Or on the spot when i going to HK? And do we need to wait very long to collect luggage at the ferry terminal?

4) As I am spending first day at Macau and the remaining 4 days at HK, is there any recommended food/tibits to buy at Macau which can tahan many days to bring back SG?

5) Do I need to present hard copy hotel reservation receipt in order to board the free shuttle bus?

6) Is it recommended to buy travel insurance? Not sure how safe it is.

7) Any other tips for travelers in March?
