On monday some toiletries came drop in my riser after call.

Next thing I know, 2 other packages got marked as delivery attempted and failed at the same minute.

Called NV, they said nobody pick up call and give code for release. I ask CSO how come at the same very minute 1 marked as delivered, 2 marked as delivery attempted. The next response: "Oh vehicle breakdown so sorry".

Where is the Lazada shill?

If Lazada still used this NinjaVan for coming years they will make bad reputation name for themselves.........people start to blame lazada for not fulfilling their customer promises instead of this NinjaVan

Quite odd why they are struggling suddenly to fulfill the delivery orders this time, since I doubt there is an unusual surge in demand this time.

They are claiming almost double sales compared to last year. Maybe also many drivers now rather do grab/uber rather than delivery? Delivery like more siong, still need to get out of the vehicle and go up to the person's door.

But in Southeast Asia, e-commerce site Lazada also benefited from the hype, generating $123 million in sales through the 6.5 million items ordered by shoppers.

That works out to be an “explosive growth” of 191% over the same period last year, said a statement from Lazada, which operates in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Same experience with some of you all .
total have 20+ order need deliver .
1) Was home whole day and that day 11 parcel came . after which 5 parcel (which is ice moutain 5 carton) need to reschedule due to fail delivery which whole day my door is opened .....

2) the 11 parcel of which have dents damage on the item. expensive item lazada also dun wan use box to protect it =? and the way ninja handle it cost the damage ..

3) delivery took longer then expected.

Its not as though nobody has complained about NV's service standards to lazada so i doubt lazada are totally oblivious. But its more than likely a case of lazada turning a blind eye because NV are able to offer the best rates to lazada. I remember last time when i posted about a couple of bad episodes i had with NV's delivery, back then there were one or two Lazada/NV apologists who came along and told me to cut the delivery people some slack because their line is tough work and they have to deliver rain or shine blah blah blah. Now i see so many of you here kenna same daiji but all the shills go into hiding, i can sleep well tonight.

I feel more than just the 2x increase in sales, I feel the issue is likely that Lazada is outsourcing deliveries mainly to NV. Previously, besides SingPost, I have received packages from the likes of TaQbin and other delivery companies. This year however, I would say that about 70 to 80% of deliveries are from NV, while the remaining from SingPost. A small company like NV will definitely struggle with such high demand.

While the last item which was listed as 'Fulfilled by Lazada' is still at Ninja Van's sorting hub ETA 14-16 Nov. Hope don't delay.

lol confirm delay.. my order on 9 Nov was picked up by NV on 10 Nov and it has been there ever since.

The large monitor I bought was picked up & is still "on route to sorting hub" for days at Ninja Van. I wonder where it is. I probably won't see it for a long ass time since they're probably prioritizing smaller items.


The last time I bought from Lazada was for a phone, NV lost the parcel (or it was stolen) & Lazada had to give a refund.
