Building a new rig - Need some advice

Hi all Gurus, first time trying out to build my own rig. Here are my considerations:

i) CPU + MOBO - i5 8400 + MSI Carbon Pro AC $588 Infinity Sim Lim Sq
ii) GPU - MSI Aero ITX 1060 6gb $369 Lazada
iii) Ram - G.Skill Ripjaws 16gb 3200MHz $282 Newegg
iv) PSU - Superflower 650w full modular $128 Lazada
v) Storage - Using my own 750gb Crucial SSD and 750gb WD Scorpio Black 2.5" laptop HD
vi) Casing - Fractal Design Define R5 $165 Lazada
vii) Win10 pro 64bit - $2 Taobao

Gonna use $120 Lazada 12.12. voucher.

OEM version. You basically buy it off black-market resellers with no gurantee the key will work AND there's no microsoft support for you since the copy is OEM and not retail, so if you dont mind these two points, yes its that cheap.
