go compare the viewing angle.. this thing is cant adjust one that is there is many ppl at yr house watch tv together... those seating at the side will not get wash out image..... Oled viewing angle is superb.. if u can afford get oled dun think to think

Do not buy samsung TV. I bought a samsung curved TV 55 inch and the screen cracked on its own. Initially just before christmas i am sure it is my kids who could have thrown and hit the tv so i bought another. After christmas i checked by CCTV and true enough no one have touched it when we last watched.

The nasty surprise is that samsung refuse to fix and propose a discount repair cost. My engineering friend came and comfirmed there is no scratch on the surface of the glass likely due to a manufacturing defect that over time will cause the glass to crack.

Surfing the internet, samsung TV crack have tons of reports - far more than sony and LG.... better buy other brands than to bet on samsung.

I will update if i get more inputs from samsung if they are willing to honor their warranty

Entry panel is BAD, how would you still wan to consider how bad it is. You're even spending a fortune for this.

Just go for xiaomi laser projector. Or any other laser projectors of ur preference.

Get 65c7 if u can reduce seating distance to around 2.8m

Realistically speaking though, at 4m distance, normally you would just consider a projector. 80inch screen is not even enough.

But for me size more concern or Color? For us only 2 or 3 person watching so perhaps viewing angle should be ok?

Yes imagine spending upto 10K within 2 years. Btw as of 2:45pm samsung have replied
the below. They refused to explain how they can conclude this is a physical damage when the surface of the glass did not crack and the crack is within the glass.

I will start a website to collate some of this common customer services issuesso that we know which brands sucks. Warrantly as good as useless and i might as well buy display set which is much cheaper.

My 2 cents on LG OLED vs Sony LED (X900E/X9000E).. LG's upscaling on SDR (720p or below) is not as good as Sony. So, if your household watches a lot of starhub, just be aware of this point. Ask to watch pre-recorded demos on the TVs if possible.

But of course, on 4K, then it's no contest at all.

You need to get a antenna if u planning to get fta channels if you dont have starhub or mio

C7 have much better specs and pq overall.. X9000 is much cheaper now.because of the free ps4 so depends whether u go for price or quality

Yup came with that brick. Not gonna wall mount it cos don’t think my partition wall can hold it
