He said he is trying to make a documentary of the Singapore pogo community. Seems it's quite special .

I don't spoof. But as long as there is a valid reason. Be it weather, rural or safety reason, it's still valid. NN can come out with thousands of terms and conditions. But as we all know this is just a game that is far from perfect.

As long as it's doesn't causes harm to others let them be as it is.

Yeah, this might be the reason. In the recent Nick's livestream, he said he's making his SG trip into something like a documentary video. This means, he's carefully editting it to play safe and avoid backlash from those anti-map community.

Almost got trolled by niantic. Just now 100% non boosted L30 meditite spawned at around 10:30pm. Was supposed to be an hour spawn and in game weather was raining. Thought I could take my time and drive slowly since have 1 hour. Then suddenly realized that if weather were to change to cloudy, meditite might no longer be 100% , so sped up a bit and managed to catch it before 11pm when true enough, the in game weather switched to cloudy at 11pm.

So not only have to watch out for boosted becoming non boosted at the top of the hour also have to watch out for the other way round.

Quite a number are quite rare, but some of the "powerful" ones are:

Feebas which evolve into Milotic
Ralts which evolve into Gardevoir (not as rare in cloudy weather)
Slakoth which evolve into slaking (not so rare in partly cloudy weather)
Wailmer which evolve into Wailord (although Wailmer not so rare but Wailord need 400 candies)

Spheal is common but evolve into Walrein which is good like Lapras.

In my area, just have the common ones...

Torchic, Treeko and Mudkip will likely be pretty rare after this new year event. Catch them all while u can.

yea.. in SG.. if u hoot gym.. u can set up a party.. with just fighting pokemon.. I did.

becos what u see in SG gym.. usually are snorlax..Chansey..blissey..rydon.. tyra.. only D9.. not afraid of fighting.
