Just recd 2 cartons of pampers for my grandpa...

inside shuld have 6 packs in a single carton but got 1 pack missing...

ordered few times but 1st time kena like tat... if seller wana refund, i scared my coupon discount will be used to offset instead...

Qoo10 addiction is real . No events still got so many ppl buying.

Not me too, I usually don't buy if there's no good discount. The longest streak not buying anything at all is 3 months.

Contact seller & ask to resend 1 pack. Responsible seller will gladly do so.

hopefully.... made a quite a few orders before, nvr expect original carton packing would have a pack of pampers missing in it... only realised when i carried both cartons, majiam 1 of them felt much lighter... LOL

Nv heard of partial refund lol so unsure if it's possible.

Anyway some buyers may buy 6 or 7 packs instead of the full carton quantity eg 8 packs just to meet the minimum spending for cart coupons. I used to do that in the past so it's possible for sellers to open up the carton and reseal back later on. Seller probably got the quantities mixed up.

Just keep a lookout if you are keen. The last time after I purchased, the revert the price back to 59.90 the following day. Then suddenly changed it to the promo price again, which was the day I posted here.
