Hello,

Thanks for the replies. My gf and I cares about just the common things like sun, rubbish chute, noise, high floor, church opposite 653b(we heard its not good to have the cross facing the house?). Don't really have a big preference over interior nor view.

Looking at the remaining houses, We wonder if 653b high floor will be good or would other stacks still be better than it. Like Geraldine suggested 654d stack 164

I don’t think the cross would affect 653b as it won’t be able to see the cross?

High floor = which level onwards?

These are the stacks which have floors 10 and above

#11-110
#10-48 #11-48 #12-48 #13-48 #14-48
#15-48 #17-48
#10-42 #11-42 #12-42
#13-42 #14-42 #15-42 #16-42 #17-42 #18-42

Stack 48 is the only one which is high and doesn't have west sun but near chute.

If you take stack 42, it'll come with west sun but it's further from chute.

The critical question is whether the rubbish chute is very important (I will take 48).

Stack 110 is pretty ok but it has got west sun as well.

Thanks for the replies. Actually we think 5 and above is good enough if given a choice with the remaining ones as there is still 200+ people before us. I agree the rubbish chute might be not as important as other factors. Stack 110 looks good too as it is a PG in front and quite a few choices left.

We are still keeping in view the remaining stacks until it reaches our turn. Would like to understand which are the stacks you guys will recommend for the remaining available ones? Want to understand the factors you guys consider that makes a stack good at this point with the remaining.

When is ur appointment?
Best to short list a few 1 week before.
I chose my flat base on view (don’t want see opposite units/underwear - quite a few units oversee opposite kitchen area) and lower chance of encountering cockroach (cause I have a fear of cockroach to serious extend..)

Mine is on 5th Feb. I see, true, cockroach will be a pain. Especially low floors, above restaurant or near rubbish chute, right

Low or high floor really can’t say.
I stay 8 floor last time every 3 weeks cockroach fly in.
But can avoid restaurant and eateries good enough. And rubbish chute

Do take note, anything 5th floor and below may be blocked by trees in years to come. Some low floors will be shielded from west sun even if I listed as west sun e.g. Stack 88.

Wo, thanks windwaver for the detailed list. That is really informative for us and other couples who are choosing the flats too.

Hey, no problem, I'm just happy to help.

An easy way to make a decision towards the end of the selection is to ask if you prefer high floors or lower ones. After that, you'll find it easier to select the unit that you prefer out of the lot.

Me too...receive sms on appt date in Feb 2018 after a year. My number is 18XX. There are only 700 over units and left 100 units for selection. The last queue no is 12XX as at today. Which means almost 600 dropouts?? This is 50% dropout rate which is a bit unusual compared to normal 20% rate. Any idea why ????

any chance u can see what’s today last queue number?

I usually calculate drop out rate based on the first 100% of the queue. Reason is because based on experience, the rate of drop out after 100% is not worth to take into consideration.

I have to agree that the drop out rate is pretty high if I include those after 100%.

Last I check is 1277.

Drop out rate is pretty high but maybe is because of all the other BTOs, SBF, ROF during last year. Or maybe they decided to get resale since their number was so far away. I am not sure.
