I just went Singtel shop at Jurong Point. One of the lady say call Google service. One lady say LG service center. They don't do over here...On the way to LG service center now.

This issue makes me want to give up using pixel 2 XL. Trade off for another phone...

7 days from SingTel receipt. I asked the same question. For my case I got the phone on the same day it was recontract. Asked mobile shop reserve one set for me when there is stock.
