I accidentally left my card in the fairprice machine. Already called and cancel the card. Lucky nobody used it after me.
How long does the new card arrived? The CS said 7 working days.

Also, I need to cancel the ATU for my FlashPay. Does the normal NETS top up machine (near parking lots) allow this function? or I have to go to specific machine?

you need to call NETS to disable ATU without the physical card, by reporting loss. they will have your records based on nric.

Never try but I guess u need the physical card to de-register ATU at the NETS self-service top-up machine.

Refer to https://www.nets.com.sg/support/faqs/faq-nets-flashpay
34. What should I do if my Credit/Debit Card with Auto Top-Up is lost?
First, you will need to notify your Bank immediately to cancel your Credit/Debit Card.

Next, you will need to call the 24-hour NETS Customer Service Hotline at 6274 1212 to report the loss of your Auto Top-Up enabled NETS FlashPay Card. Kindly provide the CAN no. indicated on the back of your Auto Top-Up enabled Credit/Debit FlashPay Card when making the report. Upon receipt of a loss report, NETS shall cancel the Auto Top-Up within 48 hours. Please note that you are still liable for any payment transactions on the card during the 48-hour period.

Have you went back to the shop to check? Maybe there is CCTV or someone return to the shop.

Thanks. Managed to get the card back. But I'll proceed to cancel it and ask BOC to send a new card. The card that I have is the old one, without Paywave, which is the reason I lost it in the first place (have to slot instead of tap).

Hi guys, how do you find out the billing cycle of the card?

I applied for the card recently. It was sent out on the 13th but I only received it on the 20th (probably due to the CNY break). Would the first month be "pro-rated" when it comes to the $500 min. spend?

No prorating. Call them and ask what's your statement date

Spending is not pro-rated but your rebate will be

Example first month you don't meet the minimum spend, but both the second and third month you meet minimum spend, you will get 2/3 of the rebate(in the first quarter) according to the tier based on your spending amount
That is for UOB One card not BOC Family card.

Guys, just clarified with the BOC CS regarding the "$30" cap for online spending. Apparently, this cap is "variable" depending on how much base 0.5% rebate was already credited to your online spendings. Meaning if you've spent $1000 online spending and $5 was credited as base rebate, you will only receive $25 as "Family Cash Rebate" instead of $27. Therefore, it means once you've hit $600 of online spending, you will get 0% for any additional online spendings!

Yes, expected since it is called a cap. Want to maximise just cap at $600 for online.

Yes this is expected, so we all know that optimum amount to spend online monthly is $600 for this card.

The rest can charge to other cards more worth it. Otherwise use other cards if got big 1x item (i.e. $1500 item)

my NETS FlashPay ATU is always $50, any chances of up-ing it to $100? as many people had feed-backed that ATU doesn't work at many terminals.

Hey guys,
for online purchases, the rebate is given separately? I saw one rebate on my card but I dun think it includes the $30 online rebate, as they online rebated me bout 30+ and 7% rebate on my food spending is already more than 30. And I only got like $38 rebate.
How does this work ?

Online rebate is given separately. 0.5% of online transactions is included with the usual rebates. Rest of the 4.5% comes in later.

Just to check, does Town Council fees qualify for the "Others" category when paid using the Supp Card? Seems like UOB One has excluded TC from their rebates.
