Ya. Even if you want to pay money, they also don't entertain you one.

Go to SLQ shops and ask around. :)

Interesting, it's good to know you can go all the way to 0.4%/hr. I'll advice all TWRP folks to do a NANDroid backup with stock ROM to avoid all the worries if any.

Recommendation would be to use
Xposed: Amplify Pro to limit alarms & wakelocks
MyAndroidTools Pro to disable services & broadcasts

Here are some guides:

Amplify Pro: what to limit (extra careful with this, wrong setting makes phone go crazy/unusable)

https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/guide-extreme-battery-life-t3095884

MyAndroidToolsPro: Services & Broadcasts: what to disable
(get the Pro version, makes disabling Services & Broadcasts much easier)

Best way to measure battery drainage
- Better Battery Stats Official thread (signup as beta tester & get the latest beta, it will work on Oreo)
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1179809

Another less efficient method to measure battery drainage
- Settings > Battery (look for trashbin icon at top right corner), reset the battery stats after fully charged or the results will overlap
Only the recent Jan/Feb 2018 roms have this feature to reset battery stats. You will also need the latest Device Health Services from Play Store or Jan/Feb 2018 gapps.

Locate and disable any entry in all installed/ downloaded apps on your device that have the following in it's description in the 'Service' and 'Broadcast Receiver' entry:
appmeasurement, firebase, campaigntracking, analytics, installrefer, adservice.
MIUI probably have loads of these. Worse if they have it low-level on the base firmware, where all data go to China servers.

You don't even need tools to do that, some ROMs come with wakelock blockers and privacy guard, don't even need Greenify.

Your post is still good for folks that doesn't have ROMs that have those features.

Max 2 is abit better in term of uniform back body.. But I would said all xiaomi phones build are good even for low end model. Then if u try to flex the phone.. I believe mi max 2 will flex more easily then 5 plus. Both are different size phone. U sure comfortable with max 2 size.. If yes get max 2

Yeah, actually the size is my concern. Didn't have the chance to hold it but I estimated using the dimensions and I agree it's a little big and heavy.

That's why it's hard to decide between Max 2 or 5 plus.

:s13:, I share your feelings, too spoilt for choices may not be good.

Then there's the 5 pro as well.
Yeah. I'm currently leaning towards 5 Plus. However I'm a gamer and I still playing mobile games. Mi Max 2 seems a better fit when it comes to gaming with big screen and large battery. That's the dilemma.

Yes. Full metal back. Unlike Redmi 5 Plus and Note 5 Pro where it's metal in the middle and plastic at the top and bottom.
