It is really inaccessible if you are referring to use of public transport.

Our neighbour moved there 2 years ago, and went there for the housewarming. Nice place and really quiet, but without a car, it is very inconvenient and gives you are feeling that it is so far away from town.

I find it really OK actually, to get to mrt stations that is.
There's a direct bus 2 that goes to bugis area but it might be abit too long.

There's bus 5 that goes to simei mrt that takes abt 10 min or so?

There's also bus 4 that goes to Tampines east mrt or Tampines mrt

I think it's pretty okay with a serene environment and all.

I previously took abt 1.5hr to get to my work at Redhill.

Many many other OCRs and you choose such ulu corner.
Your daily travel would exhaust you.

Your future buyer also hesitate.

I think for some buyers it could be due to the size and price and might be willing to compromise on location.

for those who drive, it is just at the exit of the expressways. and you are at the start of ECP/TPE/PIE.

rental-wise, you are lucky if you get a group of flight attendants staying together. otherwise, CBP indians aplenty.

non-citizen pilots will take 36 to their homes in the East Coast area.

Then go and buy whatever that have the resort feel . Can go buy Sentosa cove lagi better . Confirm plus chop resort feel.

Anyway go and take a look at the price of the FH and 999 years condos around that area . There is a reason why the price is low.

Don’t know why this tortoise is obsessed with
the ‘resort feel’ in that condo .

Most condo have such ‘resort atmosphere’ . :o

I've been inside Hedges Park quite a few times.
To me, it just feels similar to most big developments. Other than the few big pools.

But it's all personal preferences. I've seen EuHabitat also have that kind of resort feel especially the Townhouse section.

Love the enclave of private property there, but really not much amenities over there. Nearest you would find civilisation will be expo or white sands.

D'Nest seems like quite a nice development.

Tortoise would be exhausted by the time he & his partner back from work (with long journeys)

They are in a ‘resort’ to rest , not cooking & washing . :o

I went there for a viewing of 1 BR.

My personal thoughts:
  1. The development is all surrounded by water. Basically there is pool at every inch that you move around.
  2. The 1 BR has a loft bed and if you find loft concept very interesting (like myself), then it is quite cool.
  3. The location of Euhabitat is rather deep in and even thou there is a overhead bridge for you to cross towards Ubi, there isn't much public transport accessible unless you drive.
  4. The Townhouse is pretty interesting if you can afford as there is a long pool at your balcony.

If you are planning for self stay and enjoy the all pool around environment, then I think this would be a good development to be in. Provided you drives or don't mind taking a few more bus shuttles back home then you can seriously consider this development.

Check how much is the monthly maintenance fee ?

The government are raising the water tax .
‘Artificial Venice’ maintenance fee sure
to rise much more.
You pay whether you use or not.

Most Asian adults do not use very much of condo pool facilities except their young children

Other decorative ponds are costly to maintain too.

Mostly angmo (like those young pretty one or
‘Tom Cruise-like’ hunks) are in my condo pool.
