Yes. A few. Some will need root access some dont. Avast is one that need root access.

McAfee does track as well without root. Slightly better as when someone tried to unlock your phone but failed for 3 times, it will use front cam to take a photo. Google and samsung still doesnt have this.

Power off can track semo. Some tracker does send last know location if the battery drop below certain %.
