don't be confused here, the xiaomi 1080p ip cam and xiaoyi ants are similar in form factor here, but totally different inside. It supports nas by default, that's why can connect to any nas. It also has 5ghz wifi on top of the 2.4ghz and BLE gateway.

I have already given up on the xiaoyi and already made ordered the ip cam instead

Can the xiaofang do NAS?

U can choose de server, doesnt matter where u buy

I am on the xiaoyi and cannot get it to connect to NAS.. storage only possible by SD card.

app name mi home, passion living. But i tink as per epoxy state, the xiaoyi and mijia cam might look alight but firmware/hardware is different. You can try using the app and try connect to sg server

I checked qoo10, so many types of camera models, confusing.

Right now i wont suggests 360 720p dome, is acting weird cannot pair with hidden network. Jus bought 1 from suntec ytd still cannot pair wan vomit blood liao. The command is in English soooo weird

We wont know unless we trace the ip packets.

But i can tell you for sure the xiaomi 1080p connects every time within mere secs for me but the xiaoyi takes ages like 20 to 30 secs if it ever does.

Can anyone please tell me the setting to make xiaomi mijia ip camera to continue recording long video as currently, the video is taken minute by minute when the micro sd card is read though laptop and played by media player on laptop? ThankS!!!
