MIUI.eu ROMs are based on China ROM but comes with Google Play and relevant services suited for Global users(meaning no Chinese bloatwares and stuff).

This is rather the earliest way. But may not work some time. This way is for you to download the APK and install the file into your system.

which miui is this? 8 or 10? the naming convention so confusing... if its miui 8 den is downgrade isn't it?

To flash to MIUI.eu ROM, you have to apply for bootloader unlock from Xiaomi first.
The ROM version you mentioned is the developer version, which is MIUI 10.

Apply for unlock is not instant, must wait for 360 hours at least.
