Good day, I have a Philips Soundbar as above, verified when I went down Customer Service center (at Paya Lebar) that the AC Adaptor is defective.

However, the CSO told me the AC adaptor (TNUA3202003) is out of stock as the Company is bankrupt. :s13:

Went down Sim Lim Tower also cannot find replacement (as output is 32V which apparently is very rare). Google and cant find replaement in Singapore.

1) Anyone can advise if anywhere in Sg (shop or online) might sell? The only place I find seems to be EBay international but by the time I add shipping will be damn ex and not worthwhile.

2) Or is there someplace that I can bring the defective AC adaptor to repair?

TIA as did hope not to waste a good product.

Unicell a.k.a. battery.com.sg , they got a shop in SLS, they had the cheapest power adapter after I combed SLT and SLS. They have lots of models too.

Apart from voltage and current, the connector size can be a pain to match.

32V is rare, worst case you may have to settle for a lower voltage like 30V or 28V or 27V or maybe even 24V which is relatively easy to find. But note that if you settle for lower voltages, you should get higher current to be safe - 24V 3A would be good.

And while a lower voltage is still likely to work, note that you most likely will not be able to blast max volume without the thing distorting. At lower volumes however you may not notice a difference.

Get as close as possible 4 both voltage&current. Else may burn circuit.
