guys, need u check with u all, i had balance in my prepaid m1 prepaid account ,can i top up using my m1 apk using my balance for my super55 and still get the free 500mb data?

not sure about that, but u might need to check out their TnC in getting other special account entitle u to get that free data.

My mum's star hub prepaid cut got suspended all of a suddenly. Went down star hub outlet,the csos also cannot find out why. They reregister and said 15minutes later and it will be able to work. next day it didn't and went back down. They Change the sim card but was told to wait one working day (it was a sat and had to wait til Monday) really effective. The new card Also couldn't call thereafter. Wrote in to this star hub and away asked to visit the outlet again. However they couldn't register the IC using the machine.

Was asked if I want to escalate to their mgmt or change to a new number at a price of 8 bucks with 10 bucks credit and existing 20 bucks in account will be transferred. Srsly wtf, how can they ask consumer to bare their service quality failure.

It is more of marketing then anything else.
If the shop display shelf do have plenty of space most shops will display the Prepaid cards showing the numbers nicely for everyone to see.
I always peek slowly at my own time, as counter staff do nothing.

Starhub cashiers gave me all the Prepaid SIM cards of various types for me to take my own time to choose.

Just ask to see and choose the number you like.

To share my experience, I went to a few official Starhub stores, they only have a few cards (5-10), not much choice. So I went to a mobile phone repair shop and they had a stack of 40-50. So I slowly look through all and choose.

What's the cheapest or best deal for topping up Starhub?

The two ideas I have:

• Lazada (I think other people mentioned it) for 5-10% off

• Topping up at random phone stores where they give "bonus credit" - but the bonus credit is not main wallet credit

So I guess question is.. is there anywhere that gives more than 5-10% Starhub prepaid top up discount, or gives main credit bonus? Thanks.

I have been calling their 1633 and raised a stinker with them. I will continue to hound them until the problem is resolved.

The reason why I had SH Prepaid is because they have very good roaming data packages, but I have since found out AIRSIM (www.airsim.com.sg). Rates are very good but outgoing calls VoIP Only. Anyone any experience in that?

I have been with them for a few years now. Ported from Singtel.

They have apparently "escalated" my case but then again this is what I have been hearing for the past 2 days. No far, no resolution yet.

Have they resolve your case?

when you pay you select 300 points, then you see your price go down to $7

it extends to 120 days. my existing days not taken into account, don't know why

my wife gets 119 days, not like me, 120 days, 119 days which is like 120 days so I didn't complain to 1633
