I dunno what the pre order process was like but reading the post by the person you quoted, can see he is referring to the actual day when you go down to collect your phone and not the pre-order process.

Yes, I did. You have 2 options at point of order when the link is up, to collect at the designated venue and then you can produce your staff pass to enjoy CIS rates.

If you are paying online for delivery or collection at exclusive dealers, you will be given the link to input your corporate email address to verify your CIS status online. After which, you can make payment and their subscription will be based on your CIS plan.

Yes, that's right. For last year, at that point, you can opt for delivery or collection at designated outlets. For delivery, a fee is applicable.

1. unable to proceed further after clicking back and waited the timer count down end to release the phone.
2. cart in 1st set and trying to purchase 2nd set which is sold out and ended cannot complete the transaction which led to both sets release....

Here's the guideline on what to bring for new and re-contracting CIS customers:

(1) New CIS sign-up

We recommend customers to bring the original staff pass. If that's not possible due to work requirements, a copy of the pass should suffice.

(2) Re-contracting CIS

A copy of the pass would do.

Customers who chose the Pay Online method during the pre-order process will have to key in their company email address when they make payment online. A One-Time PIN and access link to CIS Online Shop will be sent to your company mailbox.

"Thank you for supporting Singtel services. We noticed that you purchased the iPhone X in Nov'17 and would need to wait until Nov'18 to upgrade to an iPhone Xs/ iPhone Xs Max.

Instead of waiting till Nov'18 to recontract ********, you can buy the latest iPhone Xs/ iPhone Xs Max with a $150 top up to your purchase."

$150 is better than paying the $500 for recontracting before 12 months...At least for me...Now I wonder if I can recontract 3 iPhone XS Max or is it still max 2 iPhone...

I am wondering does the letter authorise someone to re-contract on behalf of me at Comcentre? Because the letter title is "Authorisation Letter for Mobile Equipment Collection". I'm not sure the letter only allows for collection, or also allows for re-contract on behalf.

If the letter only allows for collection, this means that I have to re-contract and make payment online, then get someone to collect on behalf of me at Comcentre
