I think I'm seeing my battery lasting longer, and my WiFi finding signal faster. Also, I am seeing 4G+ more often than i used to (just not in my office).

Face Unlock works well but obviously not as quick as fingerprint.

I'm not a huge fan of the Multi-tasking screen now, harder to close individual apps, though looks better and the Notification Bar is nicer to see. Since I use 3rd party launcher, no change in how the rest looks but the overall experience seems a bit faster, opening and switching apps etc.

Some youtude video mention you can unlock the phone by taking your own picture and print it black/white to unlock phone (color photo cannot). Anyone try?

Still on MIUI 9.6.4.0 stable ROM, but check for updates, showing no updates available...

Download the update recovery zip from miui official site and go to System updater, pick the hamburger menu and choose the update zip file u downloaded?

Imo, Mi mix3 won't be selling too well because of the slide design and smaller battery, it's also still a sd845 phone. Mix 2s on the other hand is a great deal if price drop..

Pictures in low light are not that great, and its heavy.....even before I added a glass case. The front camera is still in a bit of a stupid position, can't get used to figuring out how to hold the phone.

When I hang up a call, or WhatsApp call, my screen doesn't turn back on so that I can hangup.

I'd vote mix 2s with wireless charging and NFC. These 2 features alone makes 2s a better buy imo

but wireless charging is quite a need for me. i use it all the time.
