same issue as well. now getting connected , no internet issues router wired and wireless same problem these past two weeks. cannot even surf and load youtube front page, not even playing video.Internally my devices can each other just find , while streaming movies from my NAS.
starhub really sucks
Streaming movies from your nas has nothing to do with starhub !!! Its your own internal networks.

See, it gave you cancer also.
Haha...

If wired/wireless also having issue, then check direct ont.

Anything beyond ont is either user/device issue.

why jump to conclusions ?

You can buy your own router for SingTel.

If you are going to switch, then M1 seems to be better if you need the free mobile data Sim.

Ref: Starhub free router offer for 1Gbps plan at S$39.9

M1: 1Gbps plan with free router and 512MB mobile Sim data at S$39

SingTel 1Gbps at S$44.9 and 512MB mobile Sim and free SingTel WiFi

No free SIM card for Starhub 1 Gbps fibre unless you opt for HomeHub package.

Why don't contact Singtel on your recontract & router based on your subscriber detail to find out any better offer.

M1 does have weekend installation but it cost more.

I personally will not use the ISP router. You can get them cheaper on carousell.

don't bother.. SingTel will still give you their ** routers which are restrictive as hell. it has decent speed and range for a small hbd flat which is totally fine for most average consumers, but if you are anything beyond an average consumer, it's router webui and restrictions will give you last stage terminal cancer. so end up you paying higher monthly subscription + need to fork out another $200-300 for a good router if you do not already own one.

StarHub gave me the Linksys EA7500 router which I took up their free 2 years 1gbps fibre bb offer earlier this year.. I tried using it and it was actually quite good...

so end up I used it as an AP instead.. :s13:

Linksys EA7500 is good & stable when i did the review and act as an AP to 868.
No issue and speed looks better than 868 on wireless.

My Starhub 1 gpbs only gives me 500mbps+ at speedtest. Is this normal? This is after trying out many times throughout the day. I am connected using a CAt 6 ,ethernet cable, from the ONR to my PC's gigabit ethernet connection.
