According to management, its aussie-land property investment should bring 3m in bad times, 4m in good times, of rental.
Market cap is 60+m. In both earnings and asset value, this stock is very very undervalued.

A spin-off from Pan-United, which price suffered due to workplace-related deaths. Balance sheet isn't as sound as OKP, but the impact of the Stop-Work-Order on the company is only temporary. XHP's price should be revised upward on stronger earnings post-accident.

Balance sheet is extremely strong. Based on cash-adjusted earnings, the odds are good that Innotek is worth > $0.50. Dividend payments has been suppressed for years... what is the best way for the CEO to pay himself?

well i need to correct myself here.
1) it is based on an article on https://www.afr.com/real-estate/com...office-tower-from-buckeridges-20180209-h0vuxs and if fully rented out it will be 4.3m instead of 10. Embarrassing mistake, sorry.

2) With AUD weakening against SGD, it is no doubt worrying but I am comfortable holding OKP because...

3) the company is still winning little projects here and there and I don't expect them to suffer, long term.

I only vested in 3 tortoise speed shares during last 1-2month, let's see how much kopi-o can be made by end of year...
Actually, don't even know if could keep holding them until end of year... :s13:

25% in capitaretail china trust, bought S$1.35
35% in fraserscomm, bought S$1.37
25% in sph reit, bought S$1.02
(15% in cash)
