Try search your redmi note 4 setting advance/additional setting. Change the "region" to "thailand" to get volte on/off at sim setting.

"volte on/off" means "Prefer LTE" under SIM preferred network type ?

thanks

I thought last year TPG say 24 months free, 3gb data monthly, unlimited calls to local mobiles for aged 65 above elderly?

Now TPG they change to 2GB/day 4G speed then 1mbps unlimited data , unlimited calls to local mobiles, 20 mins to fixed lines and 20 sms to first 20000 applicants for 12 months huh???

OF course 1mbps unlimited data la hehe.

But the main difference are the 24 months against 12 months and senior citizens age 65 above to first 20,000 trial users only. haha

His point was 2GB per day at full speed then throttle to 1mbps unlimited

Better than 3gb per month

The Redmi setting Prefer LTE is about 4G, but not yet volte enable yet.

have to go advance setting "region" to "thailand" to make volte enable/disable to appear on sim setting. After enable then you can make calls or receive calls for TPG sim

volte is Voice over Long-Term Evolution something like HD voice/better call quality.

Anyone knows if note 4 can use? I tried googling and it only had b8. So, having only b8, will it still work?

I've been making and receiving calls to Starhub mobile lines successfully for almost two weeks now. Starhub landline can receive but cannot call. Reception at home is slightly worse than like, two weeks ago? 3 bars to 2 bars lah but no impact on my usage. Their outdoor reception has been fantastic so far.

hi, anyone knows if TP-Link M7200 mobile wifi can work with TPG 4G sim card? Did the APN settings as TPG told us to but still having speeds like 0.5mbps (at two different locations); tried with my friend’s one on the mifi same speeds. but when i insert into my iPhone XS it was reasonable like 15mbps

Based on the specs it should support since it can support both band 8 and 40. Your friend mifi is what brand/model? If different then most likely is the reception not strong enough in that area.
