Looking to turn my current wired SHUREs to wireless IEMs.

Saw the cables from SHURE but it's very expensive! The newer ones cost over $200 bucks! Anyone has anything cheaper to recommend?

Any difference between bluetooth 4.0 and 5?

TIA!:s12:

Try searching for "bluetooth mmcx" sellers on Carousell. I got my (2 pin) bluetooth cable there for my iem, so far so good, didn't notice any significant audio loss.

You can take a look at the Shure RMCE-BT2. It's the latest Bluetooth MMCX cable that has the latest Bluetooth 5.0 standard and supports AptX HD which is close to wired quality for headphones. Battery life around 8 hours.

Go have a read. It's available in a few audiophile stores.

Wah cool! Don't know this existed! Is there any fuzzing sound? Do they work well even with phone in your pocket? Also what's the battery life like!

BT 5.0, no fuzzy sound encountered for my 1 month usage.. works ok in pocket, but once in a long while, intermittent lost of sound in left side (main) but issue solved when power off and on againGood thing is there are no cables, so making this a true wireless solution. battery life is 8 hours as stated.. Really is a value for money solution until there is a good enough true wireless iem. i am using shure 535.
