How to get one ah?

Seems so confusing.

Wanna setup a small side biz and include that virtual number on my website. Anyone can point me in the right direction?

Saw that flynumber has an option for virtual number also, but it starts with "3".

3XXX XXXX is actually a valid Singapore number. It's reserved for VoIP services.

Actually afaik, Skype also have a virtual number that can do call forwarding. Need to read on it more.

Op, how was your hunt? I'm also looking for this. Preferably no monthly fees, only usage fees.

From what I know, there are numbers charged based on usage, but the rate is higher and also there will be a lower monthly fee. What is your need to get for usage fee only, low usage?

These numbers are bid and purchase from IMDA, and plus license fee to IMDA is quite high. That is why provider usually charge monthly fee. If you compared, I think I saw can get a USA number for like 3-5 bucks. No choice.

Dun get Skype. I used to subscribed to Skype and my job required heavy call usage. Skype freeze my account saying I breach their T&C by using it for marketing calls which is not the case. My usage are those usual numbers who are project managers. I even shown them proof and they refused to release my account. This is my personal experiences and sharing here for those wanna get Skype. U have been warned.

What's your solution after Skype freeze your account?
Which provider are you using now?

I used normal mobile until wechat came out with voip, I used wechat. Then when Singtel came out with combo 3 unlimited calls, I use wechat mainly for overseas call.

Good question. I have not heard about the service you are talking about. I just use another. Hottelecom has a call forwarding feature. Visit their website, register, leave a request and they will help and prompt you. You will be able to manage forwarding at your discretion in real time, change direction, set an alternative forwarding direction. I’ll leave a link for you, and you can browse if you wish.
