Went Beitou on Sat morning and tamsui in the afternoon.

do not go Tamsui on a weekend !!

so crowded, only saw heads. queue for the ferry was so long that we gave up. Disappointed that wasted a trip.

At shifen, you can fly sky lantern at the old street. Can fly anytime, but if rain heavily don't fly. Shop assistance will tell you no problem, but actually it's will not fly.
