the land titles for all the properties (not the lease to the tenants) are all less than 30yrs?
"35 operational hospitals under Siloam Hospitals network across Indonesia, with potentially up to 50 operational hospitals by end 2019"... so they are going to issues rights?

or, i have lousy reading skill?...
i do not own any first reit shares at the moment....

More details from the latest annual report on this type of property title in Indonesia:

Hak Guna Bangunan (“HGB”) Title

This title gives the right to construct and own buildings on a plot of land. The right is transferable and may be encumbered. Technically, HGB is a leasehold title which the State retains “ownership”. For practical purposes, there is little difference from a freehold title. HGB title is granted for an initial period of up to 30 years and is extendable for a subsequent 20-year period and another 30-year period. Upon the expiration of such extensions, new HGB title may be granted on the same land. The cost of extension is determined based on a certain formula as stipulated by the National Land Office (Badan Pertanahan Nasional) in Indonesia.

landlese in Indonesia is short which can be denied9by paying an administration fees.

they are running hospital. tot govt body will screw it up. lippo mall more had it worst. we can see how the renewal is like for lippo mall to gauge First reit.

First Reit lease I think the shortest still has more than 10 yrs. Lippo mall land lease think gona expire soon

what is this "capital" in dividends distribution for both FirstReit and LMIR? is that using the reits' cash reserve to payout?

they cannot keep on doing it without some rights issuing, right?
i cut both pictures from their presentation slides.

There are certain trust which will return part of the capital to investors.
Shouldn't count this as part of the dividends though.

Think market is still waiting for next year. If I didn't remember wrongly, there will be major lease renewal next year.

Let's see if they can sustain their dividend payout.
