I used 90N card at Cosmetics and Perfumes but received no 4 miles/dollar. Would you be able to help me to check if "P&C T1 DT CENTRAL SINGAPORE SGP" is eligible for 4miles/per dollar?

Thanks.

Hi there,

May we clarify if your transaction was made at The Shilla Duty Free Shop, and also if the transaction has been posted to your card account yet?

Thank you.

OCBC Please step up your game. I made a transaction on Expedia through the link three days ago (https://www.expedia.com.sg/?siteid=100767&mdpcid=sg.direct.ocbc-90n.loyalty.generic), bought tickets on Qatar Airways (Participating Airline) and yet only received base miles when transaction was posted yesterday. According to one of the clauses of your Expedia promotion terms and conditions (highlighted so clearly at the top of the page):

10. Baseline and bonus Travel$ will be credited to your account when the transaction is posted.

Yet, the company has only posted baseline miles.

Please do not promise something on your terms and conditions that you cannot deliver. With the lure of the promotion, I made a total of three transactions on Expedia thinking that I will be able to make a subsequent redemption for another individual in my travelling party using the 8mpd promised shortly after, but now I am unable to do so.

So disappointing.

Hi OCBC, my application was rejected presumably because I have not started working in Singapore yet although I submitted my letter of employment. I am working in the UK and is relocating back to Singapore. When should I submit my application again so it will most likely be approved?

Hi OCBC,

What does it mean by "Instant approval" in such as case where I applied the card yesterday and not receiving anything until now? I'm an existing OCBC customer with 365 card

I think you never read carefully, instant approval is not applicable to existing customers.

Though T&C says travel$ to be posted once transaction is posted. I find that it takes 1 to 2 days business days. My transaction on 19 Sep has yet to post any rewards.

Hi OCBC,

Recently I sent an enquiry via your ibanking portal to check on the sign up bonus for new credit card applicant to bank.

It was shocking to hear from the reply that only clicking on the specific banner on the product page then I would be eligible for the $50 & 7000 miles (if spend 5k in 3mths).

As it wasn't stated anywhere in the product page that one can only receive sign-up bonus only if they done it that way. It will be unfair for applicants like us that did directly sign up from your ibanking website/app and I feel that the bank should be fair about it and acknowledge that we are indeed also entitle for the promotion.

Hope that the bank understands.

Hi nniicckkyy,

Flight bookings made with Qatar Airways will not be eligible for 4 Miles per dollar spend. During the promotion period, 4 Miles per dollar is only awarded for transactions made with the following merchants:

-AirAsia
-DFS Singapore
-Jetstar Asia
-SilkAir
-Singapore Airlines
-Scoot
-Netflix
-Spotify
-The Shilla Duty Free at Changi Airport

This can be found in clause 4 of the T&Cs: https://www.ocbc.com/assets/pdf/cards/tnc-ocbc-90degree-n-card-promo2019.pdf?v=2019082601

For the Expedia promotion, Baseline and bonus Travel$ should be credited to your account when the transaction is posted. We will like to look into this matter for you. Can you share your Bank registered contact number with us via private message?

Hi tonkotsuking,

We could check to see if an appeal can be made. However, do note that all appeals will be subject to the Bank's review & approval.

Please share your contact number with us via private message. Thank you.

Hi sharinganez,

While using MyInfo allow customers to complete and receive their application outcome in a shorter time, from time to time, our teams would still be required to review the information submitted, including information provided that may not have been taken from MyInfo e.g. credit limit preference.

Regardless, customers will receive a response from the bank on the status of their application within five working days.

Hi there,

As long as you are a new OCBC Credit Cardmember who has applied & card was approved during the promotion period, you should be eligible for the sign up promotion.

Can you share your Bank registered contact number via private message, so that we can investigate further?
