Don't understand why they say can't recover from customers. Don't they bill in advance ? Or they mean they cannot recover those that they bill wrongly ?
For me, integrity is important. I don't want to have to go through the trouble. That's why avoided Circles. Even if they are not dishonest, the fact that they can get billing wrong shows how inefficient they are and reason enough to avoid.
