Don't understand why they say can't recover from customers. Don't they bill in advance ? Or they mean they cannot recover those that they bill wrongly ?

For me, integrity is important. I don't want to have to go through the trouble. That's why avoided Circles. Even if they are not dishonest, the fact that they can get billing wrong shows how inefficient they are and reason enough to avoid.

That what I was thinking too, don’t their customers pay in advance?

Finally back to Gomo under Singtel from M1. My less than 1yr of M1 experience taught me.... just stay with Singtel.

SingTel customer service still isn’t as good right? Service wise and reception they’re better no doubt.

I do feel lately that reception in CBD for M1 is pretty horrible.

not surprising... too many MNVOs sure some will uplorry... and kosongmobile's plans are the least attractive.... plus they dun have other services like broadband to complement their mobile services... no wonder they are the first to go...

I don't care about speed. I can wait 2-3 seconds for a site to load no issue. I just want stable.

i do think singtel has the best overall network too... in terms of coverage... speed.. and stability...

but for me... the price more impt... i don't really care singtel/M1/starhub because as long as the network is "good enough"... the 3 telcos networks afterall are well established in singapore and thus all meets a minimum standard... unlike TPG's network is unacceptable because there are no reception underground...

when i was with singtel... i use the singtel app to chat with the CS... easier this way... plus it records down in black & white what was conversed with me... no need to go thru all the "press 1... press 2..." menus and be put on call waiting...

Singtel customer service is still acceptable. Most of the time I call, I can speak to a human quickly.

Starhub has definitely improved now. Waiting time is quite short to speak to a human.
