do u all directly download the google apps from mi apps? or use the google package there? having problem getting the framework install using the google package there, saying package meant for older version and cant downgrade to older version(as the phone has a newer framework pre-installed).
tried sideloading all the google apps from apkmirror but having problem syncing contacts (despite done all the permissions, auto-start, no restrictions to battery saver). the battery saver settings always get resetted to default as miui battery saver after a phone restart, weird.

Try installing gmail as well. It's some stupid bug with Google service not trying to sync.

My set is ok with google and gmail. I just went into the Miapp and install the a google installer and it did the rest for me. After that I just gave all permissions and so far so good.

BTW my mail client is Bluemail. No issues there at least for me.

That's why I am not too keen to do factory reset after the recent Android update if not needed.

For CN ROM I find parroted much more stable, only downside is can't change lens. Urnyx05 works but very buggy and image contains a lot of artifacts.

I tried so many gcam.. Find Image too noisy.. Although the contrast and color is better but but.. Still use stock and lower exposure better

Try parrot043, i find the image very good, but can't use other 2 lenses

OK. Thx. Actually the IQ the best for the main sensor.. I seldom use the 2x and wide angle.

Hi, i am using china rom, k20 pro, 8gb+256gb, Miui 11.

I using the default MI player to play music(mp3 files in phone storage), but i cant play online songs at all. it will show buffering for a few mins, then say "cant play song". anyone able to get it to work or know the reason why it cant work?

i googled online and even tried clearing cache but still same issue.
