I also didn’t receive for Oct, same cycle as you. But I just received sms that debit for Nov had just been credited; I extended from Nov. I think it should have been for October. Aiyo HSBC very confusing.
Edited: The sms was for my Advance credit card cash rebate. Which means my Oct debit is still not credited.

Those doing forex conversion. Do note that you get much better rates to do it on a business day (avoid weekends conversion as spread is higher).

just tested and it's true ... somehow the spread today is close to 0.8% 1-way (vs usual 0.6%)
