camera quality for photos?

While there isn't wide angle, the telephoto is really useful. It's one of the better telephoto camera quality around, even at 8x zoom, it takes usable shots. The reach is not as far as other phones with a periscope type telephoto camera like Reno 10x, P30 Pro, but quality is up there. Also the dual exposure control is kinda nice actually.
I didn't talk about that much in my initial review, but it makes shots like this super easy to take.
This is shot on Pixel 4 at 8X zoom, and just with a few minor edits like making it grayscale, tweaking the highlights and shadows a bit.
Normally for moon shots, have to dial the exposure down a lot to see the details on the moon. but that means the surrounding will just be black. But being able to control the shadows too allows me to capture some of the surrounding clouds, and even a bit of the silhouette of the trees too. Not the most high res shot, but for sharing on social media, it looks decent enough, and it's something other phones can't do as easily.
but just be aware of its shortcomings lor. I don't think it's a bad phone. Just that when compared to other phones, it's not the most value for money.
