Can't do anything today. Giga don't work on Sun. I waited to connect to live chat agent from 9am till 10.45am. Then realise they only operate Mon to Sat. I sent an email. Will try to live chat tomorrow.
After port-in successful, Giga app should show M1 port in number or still show Giga old number ?
It's strange they like port half way for me. If it is not done at all I can at least terminate Giga and look for another one. For now, I am very fearful that they will drop my M1 number. My account already terminated at M1. I have so many bank accounts.....
Read online someone claimed their port-in number was dropped and he was asked to get a new number.
