It's actually a good move to launch with so many mature estates.

This is done to spread out the crowd compared to only launching BTO with 2 mature estates.

The Geylang one is IMBA. Woodlands, Tampines and Ang Mo Kio also seem decent. But as for the Bishan one, I think its chui. Wouldn't want to live right next to the super busy Braddell Road...

With the completion of Thomson line,the site office dismantling works currently ongoing.

Concurrently, new road alignment are being constructed around Woodlands central and the BTO site. With over 1700 units at Woodlands central BTO, I foresee completion somewhere around 2025.

Woodlands south plot probably around 2024.

I feel that Geylang is the most imba, a transforming district 14, at Dakota, near to suntec and city. Woodlands probably rank second given it is in between the Thomson East Coast Line and North South Line, and right smack at central woodlands.

Tampines, Bishan and AMK only looks good on paper given it is matured estate but it doesn’t come close to the key amenities at all.

Yea. Great that HDB are building public housing in a centralised neighbourhood estate esp for the Woodlands plot. 17xx over units somemore!

With 2 mrt lines connecting northerners to the city. Am sure it will appeal to buyers looking for an affordable housing near to amenities and connectivity. One mrt spoil, got alternative.

I see, its the area outside of the Woodlands Temp interchange which should have been removed by now.

Tampines one is walking distance to ikea and Giant.

Nobody except me find AMK location is super good?
Close to MRT station, and next to park.
Hoho, hopefully I can get higher chance then.

The previous BTO (AMK Court) which is pretty near got super over subscribed and this is expected even though most launches are mature estate this round.

Pretty sure woodlands going to be oversubscribed too.

I'm aiming 5 rm if possible.
5rm should gurrantee the one at the mrt one I think

Geylang one confirm oversubscribe gaogao due to near city, many good food nearby and near cheekon house.
