Yup... going by the May 2017 BTO in the same area (min 489k, max 604k), 500k to 600k seems about right.

Even if I can get I think the max I can afford is the 10th floor.

Passby dakota recently, that area has a lot of new BTO sprouting up behind old airport food centre. Location wise pretty ideal, my guess would be

4 room: 510k-620k based on 2017 transaction prices, typically BTO prices don’t differ too much, but subscription rate could likely be very high.

The hoarding is for the construction of the new Road alignment In Woodlands central.

The new road that will surround the Perimeter of the BTO plot.

I also FAILED. But i am first timer!

This is like my 5th time applying bto.

I feel that Geylang is the most imba, a transforming district 14, at Dakota, near to suntec and city. Woodlands probably rank second given it is in between the Thomson East Coast Line and North South Line, and right smack at central woodlands.

Tampines, Bishan and AMK only looks good on paper given it is matured estate but it doesn’t come close to the key amenities at all.

but again, tampines will definitely be oversubscribed also

Once August comes about, check on HDB's website on BTOs every other day. It will be a very prominent announcement. Or, you can come back to this thread. Once up sure will have a whole series or replies on it one.

Depends on what's the reason for seeing MP, may not help in certain cases.
