Yup... going by the May 2017 BTO in the same area (min 489k, max 604k), 500k to 600k seems about right.
Even if I can get I think the max I can afford is the 10th floor.![]()

I feel that Geylang is the most imba, a transforming district 14, at Dakota, near to suntec and city. Woodlands probably rank second given it is in between the Thomson East Coast Line and North South Line, and right smack at central woodlands.
Tampines, Bishan and AMK only looks good on paper given it is matured estate but it doesn’t come close to the key amenities at all.
