its your feeling. they roughly fall about the same. capitaland falls 26% . this one 35%. starhill 30%. so they are about the same, i would say.

Are you sure.. It's dropped almost 16% from yesterday, and capitaland only dropped 5% from yesterday. The S-reits from yesterday didn't even pass 10% drop...

Dont just see 1 day. please look at the trend from march 6th, march 11th and march 18th.

Stocks started to tumble on the 6th (a bit), the big drop on the 11th then 18th was the next one. if you take the drop from 6th to 18th, all of them fall around the same rate. but on daily basis, they fell at different rate. but overall, all are the same.

I only regret why i didnt sell before 6th. because at that time, corona started to get wild. well, easy to say not easy to do.

Business is sound. Buy & hold!

i agree. matter fact. once i see a rebound, i wanna get in again.

its crazy. we are talkin about hospitals here. and indonesia is such a big population where hospitals are pretty much lacking.

Market is overreacting. they think first reits will be affected because now IDR is so weak. but usd is not getting stronger against pretty much all currency. and first reits income is in sgd.

the renewal is still in 2021 which is a year from now. by that point, corona perhaps will not be a problem again. i think this is buying opportunity.

it doesnt make sense, that this stock loses 50% in about 12 days.

First Reit firstly has been much misunderstood.

Their earnings are not in IDR but in SGD.

Their stock trades in SGD.

Their earnings are very strong and they are supported by their very own sponsor.

The only ‘fears’ so far I have seen that analyst echo one another is the fact that one of their lease is soon due for renewal in 2021.

In pandemics like this one, the demand for quality healthcare is higher than ever. I am holding to this gem and seek to invest further should the opportunity arise.

Good luck and cheers to all investors

Basically it's sponsor risk. Assets in Indonesia are earning IDR but there is a peg maintained agst SGD to shield investors from idr volatility. This is a form of financial engineering and investors would need to know that they are taking on Indonesia risk. Anyone who has been through 97 knows that Indon risk carries a high risk premium. So you need to understand the key risk before you get in.
