If woodleigh can go 2k psf, I think jadescape can go 1.9kpsf. 100psf difference for 100m walk to mrt.
But no, all overpriced. jadescape should be 1500. woodleigh 1600. florence/affinity/garden 1300. SKG 1400. G&L 1700. leedon green 1900. All with reasonable mark-up to surrounding resales.
The rash early buyers and land bid prices are unfortunately acting as the floor. Hopefully market forces / invisible hand will do their job soon. Buyers need to have the believe that developers have the capacity to absorb losses. We should not be paying for their mistakes.
I wonder if 4M buy a semi-d in RCR or those 15+ years old free hold 3000 sqft condo in RCR/CCR like Novena etc.
