Little pink has EXEC units in blocks
Little purple has is 1/2 or 3 room units in blocks
2 blues are rentals blocks
Remaining yellow have either 4 or 5 rooms units in the blocks

Please read my replies earlier. Just having NEA run a hawker centre at every precinct will not guarantee you cheap food.

SK population is aging. Try comparing the serving at hawker centers such as Tiong Bahru market etc with SK, their portion is larger. Having more hawker centers can allow stall owners to move from Kopitiams to the NEA hawker centers to sell cheaper food. As the population gets older, more uncles will sit at the hawker centers.

It's more likely the other way round.

I have already noticed the increase of them back even before GE 2011, and punggol wasn't as developed then than it is now.

The town planning for new town seems everything (food, ppl, shopping) direct to the town's Central Mall. Result is crowd, can collect high rent and good REIT return.
